    Basking Ridge Housing Market:  The Median Sales Price in December was
    $753,500, up 103.6% from $370,000 in December of 2010 and up 37.0% from
    $549,900 last month. The Average Sales Price in December was $804,775, up 22.7%
    from $656,091 in December of 2010 and up 56.2% from $515,138 last month.
    December 2011 ASP was at highest level compared to December of 2010 and 2009.

    Bedminster Housing Market: December Property sales were 18, up
    157.1% from 7 in December of 2010 and 157.1% higher than the 7 sales
    last month. December 2011 sales were at a mid level compared to
    December of 2010 and 2009. December YTD sales of 147 are running
    -1.3% behind last year's year-to-date sales of 149.

    Bernardsville Housing Market:  November Property sales were 5, up 25.0%
    from 4 in November of 2010 and 150.0% higher than the 2 sales last month. November
    2011 sales were at a mid level compared to November of 2010 and 2009. November
    YTD sales of 78 are running -1.3% behind last year's year-to-date sales of 79.

    Bridgewater Housing Market:  November Property sales were 31, up 10.7%
    from 28 in November of 2010 and 6.9% higher than the 29 sales last month. November
    2011 sales were at a mid level compared to November of 2010 and 2009. November
    YTD sales of 372 are running -0.3% behind last year's year-to-date sales of 373.
