The Homestead:  Beloved neighborhood
Year Built: 1940s - 2010 approx.
The Homestead has resisted the push to tear downs.  Instead,
wonderful capes, colonials, and ranches have been lovingly
restored.  Interestingly, this is one neighborhood where
improvements always seem to enjoy commensurate
appreciation.  It's a great area.  I had the privilege of listing and
selling a cape in this neighborhood, as well as a rental.
