The extreme lack of homes available for sale is creating a high demand market for us. Many homes still have multiple offers on the first weekend of listing.

If you are thinking of moving, now is a very good time for selling your home!

Isn't it interesting how everywhere you look, you see  reports about a collapse in the housing market?
Locally, it's really not true at all. We are not finding that here.

That's true, because every single home we listed in December was spoken for in the first weekend.
And I sold a very unique house very quickly in December.

I think the big problem in our market is we have high demand and nothing to sell.

Absolutely - I have buyers that have been waiting for quite some time and still waiting to find that right home, because there has been so
much competition for any inventory that we've had. Open houses are always loaded with buyers.

Multiple offers the first weekend for everything that came on last week. Yes.
And I have buyers that are just asking me every week, what's new? What's new? And there's nothing out there.

So, home sellers, if you're thinking of moving, we really recommend you put your home on now while the demand is high. We're not saying the future
is gloom and doom -- we're not part of that party. But we do feel that everything is uncertain and has been changing quickly.
