Now through October 6 - Basking Ridge - YMCA - Spooktacular Costume Drive - donate new or gently used Halloween costumes to help make Halloween a great holiday for area kids.
Now through November 15 - Morristown - Willowwood Arboretum - The Living Sculpture - Enjoy the sculptures of famed pubic artist Seward Johnson throughout the gardens, meadows and landscapes; exhibit on loan and timed tickets required.
Now through February 4 - Morristown - Morris Museum - From Flame to Flower: The Art of Paul J. Stankard - a retrospective of NJ glass artist who has 50 years of perfecting botanical glass pieces.
September 25-28 - Basking Ridge - Recreation Department - Halloween Costume Swap - donate your new or gently used costumes and get vouchers to pick up a new version at the Mayor's Fall Festival on Sept. 30!
September 27 - October 1 - Newark - Newark Museum of Art - "Cross Cultural Perspectives" - 91 visual artists showing at the museum as part of Newark's Arts Festival, which has other visual, musical, poetic and other artists presenting across Newark's venues.
September 29 - October 7 - Basking Ridge - Sieminski Theater CAC - A Man of No Importance - Trilogy Repertoire Theater presents the musical tale of Dublin amateur theater group's fight to present "Salome" in the 1960's.
September 30 - Basking Ridge - Coakley-Russo Memorial Golf Course - Coackley-Russo Cup/Fall Cup Tournament - shotgun start at 8am. Raindate October 7.
September 30 - December 8 - Bedminster - Kendra: A Celebration of Work by Contemporary Indo-American Artists - enjoy works by many local and regional artists.
September 30 - Basking Ridge - Municipal Complex and Astor Fields - Mayor's Fall Festival - Pumpkin rolling races, corn maze, games, crafts, and fall food - join the family fun!

October 1 - Basking Ridge - Farmstead Arts Center - High Fashion, High Art, High Tea - spend an afternoon surrounded by creativity and inspiration.
October 1 - Basking Ridge - Lord Stirling Park - 1770s Festival at Lord Stirling's Lost Estate - Lord Stirling had one of the grandest estates in all of the Colonies, but all that's left is Lord Stirling Park! Once a year it comes back to life with 1700s craftspeople, military detachments and more.
October 1 - Bedminster - Delicious Heights - Sipping the Somerset Hills - in person presentation of the history of the area's taverns, inns and customs in a virtual educational "pub crawl." Adults only - sipping provided.
