Township Requirements to Close a Home Sale in ​Bedminster, NJ

The Township requires the seller to bring two documents to your home closing when you are selling your home.
  • Fire Inspection - You must go in person to the Town Hall for an inspection appointment to be issued a Certification of Smoke Alarm/Carbon Monoxide Alarm/Portable Fire Extinguisher Compliance.
 
  • CRC - Construction Records Clearance issued from the Township which shows you have no open permits. You may download this CRC document from home.
